Trainer Refinery is an oil refining facility located in Trainer, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The Trainer Refinery is owned by Monroe Energy, LLC, a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. Monroe Energy acquired the facility in June 2012. Since that
